The Great Mail Merge Challenge

Mark B.

Hi,

I have an Excel document as follows:

A B
C D
1 John Smith 500 700
500
2 Jane Doe 789 670
677

I have mail merged it with a Word document so I can display these numbers in
a formatted fashion for my customers. The Word document looks like this (I'm
pulling numbers from various cells on my spreadsheet):

John Smith Reading Writing
Math
Test #1 600 780
566
Test #2 700 450
666
Test #3 800 500
750

It's easy for me to print out each page for my customers. However, I really
want to email them the information and have been trying to figure out a way
to print to email in an automated fashion. In other words, instead of
printing out pages, I'd like to print via email.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mark B.

Hi Mark,

You may want to use the link below to also post this in the Word Mailmerge field, and when posting there include the version of Word
and Windows you're using and your email program.
