Hello,
The user has Outlook 2002 with permissions to view three other individual's
calendars.
Whenever she attempts to open one of these Calendars, "The information store
could not be opened" message appears. Now, every now & then she is actually
able to open these people's Calendars.
Recreating the Outlook profile would be one thing to do however client
wouldn't like to type the contacts all over again in the To field. It seems
this is a side effect when the Profile is deleted and recreated however if no
other clue is found, this may be done which may not fix the issue anyway.
