It seems my installation-cd is trashed. It wasn't on purpose. Do I need
to rebuy Office? I find that a little bit unfair. Isn't their a way
that I can download it. I still have my key.

You can't download it (at least, not from a legitimate source), but you
can get a replacement CD:
