I have Windows XP Pro, Office 97Pro, Outlook XP. All the SPs and updates are
in place. All was running fine but then numerous problems started.
--Automatic downloads stopped
--I cannot open forwarded emails
--Contacts no longer file with a comma after the last name
--Hotlink with my Palm Zire no longer works
I tried Download and Repair but got the message: "The installation source
for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that
you can access it."
I tried inserting the CD, didn't help.
I tried R&D from the CD. Got the same message.
I tried reinstalling from the CD. Same message.
I tried the above in Safe Mode. Nada.
I downloaded and ran the Cleanup utility. No change.
I updated Window Installer and tried again. No help.
Any suggestions?
