The instruction at "0x77f58267"

I have MS Publisher 2002 installed, when I change the
paper size to A4 in page setup I get the message

"The instruction at "0x77f58267" referenced memory
at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be written. Click
OK to terminate the program"

Then publisher closes. Can anyone help. Re-installing
Publisher is not an option as there are business add-ons
which are integral to other packages.

This message was appearing prior to these add-ons being
installed.

This error is indicative of a corrupt driver, more than likely the printer. Try to
open the publication in safe mode, if it works then you can be assured you need
updated drivers. Might be the video driver but usually the printer is the culprit.
