Contrary to one report where Microsoft claims the Office problems caused by
the Windows update last week wasn't a major problem, it is! It's affecting
small businesses across the country - businesses that rely on Office products
to do work for their clients . Among other problems is that Office users can
no longer use Office products such as Excel or Word to open folders or
documents. The computers just hang instead of opening anytyhing.
Businesses who can't/shouldn't be playing around with registry fixes. You
need to issue another update - either for Windows or Office that will correct
the problems.
