The "Link Browser thing"

I have read all the fixes fot the Link Browser window that comes up when clicking a hyperlink in Outlook. The problem is that I didn't follow the directions closely, pushed the wrong button and now when I cick a hyperloink, the Internet Connection Wizard appears. Any idea how to get back to the lLink Browser window of anything else?

Go to Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs and press the Reset
Web Settings... button and make sure the "check default browser" options is
selected. Then restart Internet Explorer
