The Macro Freezeheader cannot be found

Anyone seen this error before. I have a user who is getting this error and
they have no macro's setup at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled same error.
New existing doesn't matter all worksheets get this error.

Looks as if a workbook that loads during Excel's startup is causing havoc. See
