The manager cannot create the resource account

I got this error when trying to save an update to my
project.

Message Typeublish new and changes assignments
Error: The manager cannot create the resource account
(0x8C040017)


any idea why it ocurred and how can i remedy it?

The problem is caused by using local (nonenterprise) resources in your
