area of the page. I receive this error message from Word 2003 when a user
goes to print an envelope from a letter. It prints fine from everyone
workstation/Office. I think it has something to do with their page setup,
but I have compared it with others who dont have the issue and its the same.
No matter what letter we try to print an envelope for we receive this error.
I have foud a few kb articles out there but none seem to solve this issue.
Has anyone come across this before? If so how was it solved?

Are they printing to the same printer? Try printing from their workstation to
another printer on the network. This sounds like a printer error
(capability). Could be the tray selection chosen on the local printer. If it
prints fine to another printer, update the printer driver for the local
printer on that machine.
