The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.

I have a windows 2000 pro client in a Windows 2003 server domain
network.

When I open a .msg file save on a CD-ROM, (I have outlook 2000),it
shows this error "The messaging interface has returned an unknown
error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.". But I copy the .msg
file into my hard disc with read/write attribute and can open this. It
happens only with a few .msg files, not with all of them.

Why?, what's happen?.
