The Messaging Interface has returned an unknown error

I get this message when I try to print an e-mail in office 2003. I've emptied
the deleted folder and done a detect/repair but i still get the same error.

I use exchange so there is no pst to scan

Make sure you open the item first before you try to print it.

Yes, i tried printing from the list and also opening it but I get the same
message
