The notebook background-how do I get rid of it?

I appreciate the input I have received (thank you David). I corrected all of
the photos, and cleared my background, put everything back on the page, then
reinstalled the background. Now, when I view it as web page, it shows
notebook paper next to the web page. Can I fill the entire screen with color?

Go to Format, Background, and select a color, to set the background to a color.

In addition to what David said, you might want to delete all the files you
have on your host. You might have another background image there which could
confuse things.
