The office update thing won't let me update, am I doing something.

I treid to update thru office update, but it failed to do so. Am I doing
something wrong?? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably one of two things, you may have acquired a pirated
copy, or you are using a trial version and the time has
expired.
