I can click on files, to open, on the tool bar, but I cannot click on the
open button on the toolbar. I also cannot select a file in the blue box and
click open to open it, nor will it open if I double click on the selection, I
says I am trying to open a non-responsive program. The only way I can open a
file is to right click on the file I want to open and select open, then once
the file opens, right click to open the document, then close the blue box so
the file can open. This happens in all the Microsoft Office 2003 programs.
