When I receive a message in Outlook 2003 that is destined for a
personal pst folder (because of a rule), I get an error message when I
click on the transparent preview button that appears in the bottom
right hand corner of my screen: The Operation Failed. This does not
occur for messages that are not destined for my personal folders.
