Sometimes I create a backup database of Emails from my outlook at work and
bring them home to upload them and other files onto my outlook at home.

But for some reason I have not been able to do this as of late. I keep
getting the above error over and over again.

If I uninstall and reinstall outlook will that fix it? Or will I lose all
my emails?

I havent found a sollution for this error all week.

Why are you using Import at all? If you are *LEGALLY* allowed to take
company emails away from company infrastructure, just make a copy of
your pst file at work, then at home, just OPEN it in Outlook - do NOT
use the import function.

First, Yes I am ok to take what I need home. I could never get the emails to
sync up.

So what your saying is just copy the main PST file I use at work or at home
and past over it when I go to the opposite location..

Cool thanks.

No. Do NOT overwrite the existing pst file - that is one of the quickest
ways to a corrupt mail profile.
Copy it to somewhere else other than the default location, (a dedicated
folder in your Documents would be a good place) and then in Outlook do
File-Open-Outlook Data file and navigate to where you copied it to.
