I have a couple of users who are getting the message "The Operation Failed
Due to Network or Other Communication Problems" when they try to open
certain email messages. I looked in the kb and found this exact issue with
a proposed fix. I did what the article said, but the message persists. Has
anyone else encountered this, and did you fix it in a different manner than
the kb article suggested?
