The out of office assistant does not work outside of our domain.

People who send us email outside of our office do not get a reply from the
out of office asssitant. Can someone please help?

Your Exchange Administrator should be able to help since, by default iirc,
OOF messages don't get sent outside of the organization and that needs to
be enabled.
