Very simple on one of my machines the following :

Outlook.Application oa = new Outlook.ApplicationClass();

throw the

An unhandled exception of type 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException'
occurred in WindowsApplication1.exe

Additional information: Unspecified error

Any information will be helpful.
