Default Printer or Specific Printer?

Is it the margins that mess up or Portrait/Landscape?

If InkJet Printer - Laser Printer what are your margin settings? (Sometimes
the minimum margin will work on one but will not work on the other)

Network or Stand-Alone?

Please remember we can't see your report and answers to questions like these
will help better pinpoint your problem.

Specific Printer(Laser), Networked, Landscape on legal, Margins= top .75
bottom .5 left .75 right .5.

It goes back to default printer, portrait on letter after second preview.

I know Access developed a problem in 2003 wherebyas if you don't set the
printer settings from within Access they don't 'hold', did you try that?

Also, is anyone sharing the database that could for whatever reason changing
the default settings on the printer... though if the report has been set to
that printer, I'm not sure that would matter. But just to check, set the
Page Settings for the report in question from within Access, close and save
and try previewing/printing again.

You also might want to get the latest printer drivers or find out if someone
installed it and that's when the problem started...
