The Project Server Database is unavailable

Hello, This is my first time to post a question in this forum. So I will
apologise in advance if I don't detail my question correctly. I will do my
best. I am very desperate for help.
My Company has Project Server 2003 ERM Solution. I have two users that have
suddenly are getting an error message when they log in to Terminal Server to
run Project 2003 with their Windows Network ID's that "The Project Server
Database is unavailable:" You can't access the Database for one of the
following reasons":
There is a problem with the enterprise global template in the database.
You do not have sufficient permission to access the enterrprise global
template.
Network Problems are preventing access.
Project Server does not have enterprise features installed.

I have had both users to log in to the Terminal Server and delete there
account properties out of their account properties and then re set them back
up and they still have the issue.

One user connected to PWA and clicked on his Projects and there was nothing
there. (To be honest I am not sure if these two issues are related)

However, I have other remote users accessing the same terminal server and
loging in the same way and they are not having any problems.

I also log in and do not have any problems.

Please help. This issue has been driving me crazy.

Hi Tommy. Just a couple of guesses for you. First check the project
professional URL configured in the enterprise settings is identical to the
URL used to access PWA. sometimes people miss a character off the url....http
instead of https for example. If still a problem, try ellevating the users
PWA permission to administrator to rule out any security issues.

As for the blank projects...that could possibly be because of a view fiter
on the page. If it is a page using an active x control, you could try
uninstalling the active x add on. Once you navigate to the same page it will
prompt you again to install it.

Hope this helps.
