The queue system has not finished processing this project

Hello,

In PWA, I have the following message for a very long time:
"The queue system has not finished processing this project."
How can we trigger the processing of this queuing system?

Hi,

You can manage the queue by going to Server Settings, Manage Queue in PWA.

Thanks a lot Niko,

So I tried 10 times the Retry Jobs button in the Manage Queue Jobs page of
PWA. But not any job succeeded.
All the jobs are still "Waiting to be processed"
What could be the reason of this issue ?

One thing would be to reboot the server, or perhaps first try to
restart the Project Server Queue service in the Services Control Panel.

You are running the RTM version?

Hi Nico,

Yes, I'm running the RTM version.
I rebooted the server without any success.
In the Event Viewer of Windows Server 2003, I have:
"Information: Project Queue Service. Service started successfully"
but one minute later:
"Error : Office SharePoint Server: Unable to start service process SSP.
Service: ProjectQueue Service"
Then I have 50 errors like this one...
:-(

Nico,

In the Administration Tols / Services, the "Microsoft Office Project Server
Queue Service" is set to "automatic" and is aldready "Started".
? :-(

Nico,

It's probably a permission issue : I assigned the "Administrator"
permissions to every system user, and now I am able to connect on the server
with Project Pro and with PWA. I can also publish the projects.
I *just* have to find which system user was missing a permission....

From the errors you described, I'd look at the identity you're using for the
SSP.
