I'm using Outlook 2002/Windows XP. Outlook seems to be blocking wanted
emails, especially online shopping receipts. I see a new mail icon, but only
get a flash of a message in the Inbox and then it's gone. My view is set to
"messages".
I think I need to edit the Rules (preset or mine from previous versions).
However, when I click on the "Rules Wizard" in either Tools or Organize,
nothing happens--no wizard and no error message.
What can I do so I don't lose wanted emails? How can I access the rules
wizard? Any good advice would be appreciated.
