The rules wizard in Outlook 2003 does save values specified for m.

I have 7 rules to move incoming emails from 7 different email addresses into
4 different folders, but the program doesn't save the values that I've
specified. It keeps changing the values to apply to a different email account
whenever I click on Finish in the Wizard or Apply in the Rules page.

Now I have duplicate messages from one account in more than one folder,
which is extremely frustrating.

In addition Outlook doesn't seem to check with the email servers to see if
an email has already been read. How do I fix these problems?
