the same document keeps reappearing when i open word

can you help me every time i open word the same document keeps reappearing
and i have to select all and delete to start a fresh document.

Go to Start//Search and look for normal.dot. When you find it - or them -
change their names to nromal2.dot. Restart your computer and the problem
should be gone.
