The "Save AS" has dissapeared from Word

"Save As" does not appear when I click on File. "Save" appears twice
instead of "Save As" and "Save"

If I start a document in Word and click on the top "Save" it will allow me
to save the document.

If I open am attachment from Outlook and click on either "Save", it will not
let me save the document.
