The Server is not operational

Hi,

I am facing a problem when I go to add new resources into Resource pool
from
active directory .
when I click the "Add Resources from Company Directory " then the
dialog box
will appear and when I click on "Advanced" button . then the message is
displaying


" The advanced Page Cannot be opened because of following error: The
Server
is not operational"





Pls tell me what is the problem is.
