How does MS expect the 'common user' to describe an Office 2003 problem in
4-10 words?

You may not know it, Bill (and your minions), but the vast majority of your
"users" DO NOT live and work in Renton!! In other words, if we're asking a
question, we obviously have a problem and most of us can't ask for a solution
in 4-10 words of the King's English! Give the rest of us a break, MS!

I can get BETTER information about most MS products and programs from almost
any BBS site on the Web than I can get from the company that is making
BILLION$ because they wrote the disfunctional program in the first place!! I
rest my case.

An UNhappy "user" of your most recent version of M$Office.

Excellent post - no information, unclear complaint, inflammatory language,
no references.

An excellent method to get your complaint resolved.

Oh, and the capper - this is NOT Microsoft.

If you are referring to the "Ask a Question Wizard":
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/wizard.mspx then you
need to note the description on the page: Enter your question below to
search for it in the community. If your question has already been
asked and received an answer, you can see if it answers your question
instead of posting the question again."

The "Ask a Question Wizard" is a Search utility - like Google. Do you
use 20 words when using a search engine like Google to search for a
web page? You don't provide all of your details in the search - only
the keywords. Then if you don't find your answer in the Search results
then you can post your question to the group. That's where you provide
the details of your issue.

Btw, the Microsoft Campus is in Redmond WA, not Renton.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
