the "Show and return" box is not available

I want to attach a link to a location within my presentation. I selected
"Install Hyperlink", however, although the instructions are clear and easy to
follow, I was asked to "click the Show and return check box" to complete the
process.

The problem is that the "Show and return check box" is not available
(faded). Please advise how I might correctly install a link to a certain
location within my presentation.

Daisy,
Show and Return is only available if you are linking to a Custom Show. It
will become selectable when you click on a Custom Show title in the
destination list.
