The Signature function in Outlook 2007 does not work

The button in the new email tool bar and also the one in Options simply
doesn't work.

Care to elaborate? Things like "doesn't work" are much to vague to work with
if you are looking for a serious answer. There is always more info you can
provide than just that.

Is it grayed out or no dialog pops-up when you clicked it?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
Did you activate your version of Outlook already?
Did it ever work for you?
etc etc etc
