The size of the box in an organization chart

I am using Word 2000 to create an organization chart. It seemed that the box size is limited to two lines and my font size has been reduced to 7 or 8. I tried to drag on the handles of the boxes but the size didn't change. Does anyone has an idea how to enlarge the boxs? Thanks.

You have to turn off Auto Layout to be able to change the box size.
