"The subject is not trusted for the specified action." loadingmscomm32.ocx

I can't install an old Excel add-in that uses mscomm32.ocx in a new
computer with Windows 7.
I registered mscomm32.ocx, but the old add-in doesn't work.
If I try to insert the ActiveX in a new add-in I get the message "The
subject is not trusted for the specified action."
Is there a solution to this problem?
