The submenus under Current View are missing

Hi,

Normally if I go to 'View' - 'Arrange By' - 'Current View'
I would be able to see a list of choice such as "Messages", "Messages with
AutoPreview", "Last Seven Days", etc. to choose from.

After I did a reset. All of those choices are gone!!
The only thing I see now are "Customize Current View"," Define View" and
"Format Columns"

How can I get those selection back?
