the time on the inbox is difference to the time on the out box,?

The time and date that appears in the inbox is not correct the time and date
that appears in the outbox is correct, how can I fix this?

Not correct in what way? The format of the date/time field or the actual
date/time reported?
Which version of Outlook are you using?
Which mail account type are you using?
