The Width of unicode text column must be an even number of bytes

Any clues on what to do about this error? We have done
the following and still get the error. ODBC DSN setup
dialogbox. Look for the Workaround options. Check
the "Force Retrieval of long Columns". Any clues please
email me. Thanks.
