Error message:
The Windows user account or user name for the affected user account
conflicts with an existing account on the server (0x8C04000D)

When I am connected to the Allscripts central Project Server through my
local installation of MS Project 2003 and have the "XX Project Name"
published plan opened, I go to Collaborate --> Publish --> Republish
Assignments to republish this plan. I have "Show preview grouped by" set to
Resource and only "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" checked.
After I press OK and wait for the plan to republish, the Microsoft Office
Project Server Spooler comes back with the following error:

Affected User Accounts: <Resource Name listed>

NOTE:

The resource (who is no longer with the company) is listed as an "Inactive
Enterprise Resource" in the Resource Sheet of the plan - so he is not a local
resource. Also, he is not assigned to any tasks.
