"their" and "theirs" and "there" and "three"

Word X 10.1.4. Spell check always indicates an error when I start a sentence
with "There" and suggests "Three".

When I type "their books", or similar, spell check always indicates an error
and suggests "theirs".

Wassup?

Can't reproduce in Word 2001 with English (US). Just to clarify the
situation, JonW, what Language is the text set to? (with cursor in text,
go to Tools | Language and see what comes up highlighted)
