Theme/Add-in/Template?

I've inherited a website that was created several years ago - - I need to
make some changes, but the original designer said she used some 'add-in',
but doesn't remember what it was - - too long ago - - I'm not sure she means
'add-in' specifically, thus the title of this post...

Could someone look at this link and see if they have a hint as to where I
could get this Theme/Add-in/template/whatever, so I can make my changes more
easily (please)?

it's an addin from frontlook:

However it requires Java Virtual Machine, and new computers don't come with JVM installed.

JVM is not to be confused with javascript, they are entirely different.
