This happens when I open after creating a new custom theme.
After I go in and delete the new theme from "my themes" powerpoint stops giving the error until...
I open a old doc, build a new theme, with font changes, background graphics ( nothing fancy).
Then I create the theme, try to apply it to another pptx and then same error:
Powerpoint cannot read.
Also when I try to open the old file with the new theme, same thing but says
powerpoint cannot read FILE NAME
