Theme help please

Ok, I have figured out how to get a "theme" for my email message (format/theme) however, every theme in the preview shows a fancy horizontal line. How do I get that line?? I cannot figure it out. I would like to use the line as a top border for my messages. Can anyone help me??

The prevew just shows the syle that horizontal lines will have when you
insert them. If you want a horizontal line in every message (why?), then you
need to put that in stationery.
