Theme not showing up on remote server

Ipublished my site www.mbskates.ca to the server using http. The theme does
not show up on the remote server. I have tried opening the remote site and
used Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks but it still doesn't solve the problem.
It appears that all the files are on the remote server.

Any suggestions?

With the site open on the live/remote server in FP, remove and then re-apply the theme.

Thank you. This solved one problem - the navigation was restored. However,
once I reapplied the theme, it reverted back to no theme, no navigation in
the shared left border.
