themes & borders not displaying correctly

have developed a web site using front page 2000, publish
it, everything goes up okay but the themes & borders do
not display correctly (at all). Have
installed/uninstalled/installed front page extentions to
web site. deleted all files republished web site and
still no themes or borders. what am I doing wrong???

Are you publishing using
http://yourweb.com ??

Using ftp:// will break the extensions, and also
FrontPage will not publish all of the necessary files.

Using http://mywebsite.com to publish not the ftp.
haven't gotten the webiste to display like it does in
front page yet.
