I'm trying to add my own custom theme (background) to my e-mail for a web
based marketing campaign. I've searched through those provided in Outlook's
mail options but did not find anything I like.
Is there somewhere else I can obtain additional downloads and can those
downloads be customized. Ideally I'd like to find something with a two color
border and have the ability to customize those colors.
