There are no projects to display in this view

Hi all,
Running Project Server 2003 on a Windows 2003 platform.

One user can connect to the web app just fine and see all of the projects
from his desktop computer but when he tries from his laptop computer he gets
the message "There are no projects to display in this view" when attempting
to view the project list.

Any ideas?

BTW, both machines are running Windows XP Pro

Could it be that the Laptop isn't a member of the domain? Could it be that
the security settings in IE are too restrictive on the laptop? Could you
provide a little more information if this doesn't help?
