Folks,

This error message is driving me crazy. I've developed a lot of Infopath
forms already and they are working just fine. This form has nothing special
(2 text boxes) and is published on the same server (though in a different
web site collection / port). Does anybody knows how to fix this problem?

I am assuming that you are publishing to MOSS. If so, try republishing
the form. You may also want to set logging to Verbose for all things
"Form Server" in SharePoint Central Admin and view the logs.

I found the issue. If your site has a subsite (I know it sounds weird, but
that was the problem), your forms won't likely work. Don't ask me why's that
since I am still investigating it. I hope it can help others.

My site has it own application pool and the site collection was created
using the Team template. The subsite was created afterwards and it is using
the Team template as well.

The urls in Form Server are uber sensitive. Simply opening a form using
an alternate access mapping or https:// versus http:// will likely give
you an error especially when opening forms that have already been filled
out.
