There is a problem establishing a connection with the Web server

HI,

I have a problem when I try to modify, change a user, manage my security and
other funcions of Administration: In all the pages appear in the left button
corner a message Access Denied. I have Project server in Trust Sites, try
with the PSComPlus.exe utility with the same results.

I have WSS and Project server 2003 with office sp2 in the same machine with
Windows 2003sp1

What can I do?

Yes at global level in Admin menu always appear this message of Access Denied
and I cannt look for users and screens are freeze with loading data. But WSS
function very well, also other funcions of PWA can be access very good.
