There is no information to display in this view

I create a project from an enterprise template that I
created. I apply tasks, durations, assign resources, etc.
I save it as a published project and subsequently
collaborate all information. I get no errors and
resources get assignments. I go to Web Access, Project
Center, and click on the project and I get the following
message in all views: "There is no information to display
in this view. Either the project manager has not
published the project plan or there is no information in
the project plan to display." Also, I am logged in as
Administrator with al priveledges. This also happens with
imported Project 2000 projects. What could be wrong? I am
new to Project 2002.
