"There is no information to display in this view"

I'm working with MSP2003 Server. I've created a new project, defined several
tasks and assigned them to an enterprise resource. after publishing the
project I expected to see the tasks in the 'View a Project' view in the PWA
but to no avail. This a not a performance issue because I published the
project yesterday, and the current view in the PWA is defined without filters.
Am I missing something?

What security group(s) are you in and can you view other projects in this
view? Have you verified that the viewdrop folder is processing all xml
files?

Thank you for your reply.
I'm a member of all of the security groups. I can see tasks in the 'View a
Project' view for existing projects but not for new projects (though i'm
publishing etc. - see below).
