"There is not enough space..."

I purchased Office in Feb for a new computer. Almost
every time I work in Word, a message box with the blue
title bar opens that says, "There is not enough space on
your PC. Make room on the hard disk by deleting some
files." I have checked and there is plenty of room on my
hard disk. It doesn't have the buttons on top for
minimizing, enlarging, or closing the box, only a button
below the text that says "ok" to close the box. I've
tried moving it to the trash bin, but it won't go in.
How do I get rid of this? Thanks,
